Sensationalising is a common phenomena in the media. Plain news appears tasteless to the reader. The media and the reader/ viewer/ listener are two sides of the information.

There are several good activities happening all around. But the media focusses mostly on the ghastly and terrifying happenings.

The media must try to remain away from creating 'noise'. Only then can a responsible society develop.

The media is the fourth estate and has the power to reform.

The media should wake up to this reality and create a respectable image for itself.

It is true that the media is a business. Unless there is something worth reading, the buyer won't subscribe. The media has all the talented persons but the 'business' of media does pressurise it to go astray.
