A position or a designation at one's place of work gives an identity to a person. Director General, President, Executive, and similar others are some of the designations which fill a persons pride. Similarly, the expectations from a person of such high position are also high. It does happen that some persons try to draw false prestige from such positions. But there are also those who neglect the prestige part of it and focus on the work they are expected to do. They work with compassion and remain down to earth. These are the people who benefit the society. The society remembers them. It is, therefore, of utmost importance to fill a position with a person who can fulfil the society's/ organisation's requirements rather than bask in the glory of his position.
